1. RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE

It is essential that at the time of receipt of the merchandise, any incident regarding its condition be reported to the carrier or messenger, and immediately informed to the email info.agature@gmail.com within a maximum period of 24 hours after the receipt of the package.

In cases where no report is made within the specified period, it will be understood as accepted in all its conditions, and Agature will not be held responsible for damages.

In the event the messenger delivers your order, and there is no one at home to receive it, you will have two options:

1- It will be resent, but you must pay for the shipping again through bank transfer. It is important to contact customer service and send the receipt to info@agature.com.

  1. MERCHANDISE DELIVERY POLICY:

For security reasons, the merchandise will only be delivered to the cardholder, who must present identification document and order receipt to validate the buyer's information; or the document of the authorized person as established in the authorized delivery policy described below.

Agature delivers nationwide in Spain, using national dispatch companies.

The customer is obligated to provide the necessary information of the recipient to effect the delivery of the requested product. Any error or lack of information in this regard will be the full responsibility of the customer.

The merchandise purchased by you will be delivered to the specified address. If the delivery area is not within our permitted routes, you will be contacted to pick up the product at one of our branches, or if you wish, you can request to cancel the transaction.

In the event that the purchaser or the cardholder cannot receive the requested products at their residence or designated delivery location, the purchaser must send the following information in advance to the email: info@agature.com:

  1. Authorization email with the buyer's details and the details of the authorized person, along with the order details (number).

  2. Clear copy or photo of the buyer's ID.

  3. Clear copy or photo of the authorized person's ID.

  4. DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery times vary depending on the province and city where the customer is located. These times range from approximately one (1) to five (5) days for the main cities of the country, and up to six (6) days for nationwide deliveries. To comply with the delivery times stipulated by Agature, it is necessary that the addresses provided at the time of purchase are complete and detailed.

It is essential to provide the customer's cellphone number to be contacted by the transport company if necessary.

  1. DELIVERY HOURS:

Agature makes deliveries during business hours, meaning Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm nationwide, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in major cities.

The customer acknowledges that if their purchase order is registered outside of the purchase reception hours, their order will be confirmed on the next business day following their purchase; however, they must wait for the Bank's confirmation process to coordinate their delivery.

Internet purchase orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business working day.
